October 15, 2017 - January 30, 2018:                    

  • Please send any changes to your apprenticeship listing linked above to onika@farmschoolnyc.org, or complete a new template, by October 6, 2017.

  • This fall, students may reach out to you or visit you as they explore apprenticeship options.  If you are able to, we encourage you to organize volunteer activities for interested students so that they can get to know your site, and you can get to know them.

  • The deadline for students to submit application materials to apprenticeship sites is December 31, 2017. If you'd like to set the deadline earlier, please add this to your listing.

  • Student Contracts are due on February 1, 2018. Farm School will provide the template and students are responsible for completing and submitting it to Farm School with your input.


February 2018                           

  • 2018 Apprenticeships begin (initial start dates can be later in the season)

  • Apprenticeship Host Site Meeting, date TBD

  • Apprenticeship Site MOUs are due. Farm School will provide the template and students are responsible for completing and submitting it to Farm School with your input.


November 30, 2018:

  • 2018 Apprenticeships are complete
